These posters were created in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, to help share and highlight resources being spread across the media.

The series is inspired by a few of the articles featured on the ‘1619 Project’ published by the New York Times led by Nikole Hannah-Jones. The magazine, aiming to reframe this country’s history, forces us to confront the reality of what slavery has meant for our development as a nation.

Education is key. The more we learn, the more we know. The more we know, the better equipped we are to converse and opinionate on. The more conversations, the more we share. And the more we share, the more room for real change to happen. ☻
